CRAFT & SMALL BATCH
Bitty Bagels are about half the size of a standard bagel making them perfect for office meetings, events & brunches, lunch boxes or anytime a full sized bagel is just way too much!
We use only 6 HIGH QUALITY ALL-NATURAL PREMIUM INGREDIENTS: unbleached & non-bromate bread flour, filtered water, yeast, salt, malt powder & malt syrup. No preservatives, no seed oils. We hand-roll then cold-ferment our dough for 24 hours. Then water-boil & bake them on burlap lined boards, the way it’s been done for over 100 years.
We offer five savory varieties: Everything, Plain, Garlic & Onion, Toasted Sesame and Salt. Each week we rotate a sweet specialty flavor like Espresso Chip, Cinnamon French Toast & Blueberry Lavender. Follow us on Instagram so you don’t miss out on the next drop!

Meet our newest addition Bitty Focaccia Squares — golden, airy, kissed with Maldon sea salt flakes and rosemary. Each square is slow-fermented overnight for deep flavor and a delicate, olive oil–rich crust that crackles at first bite.
Baked in small batches from the same unbleached flour and all-natural ingredients that make our bagels legendary, these little slabs of comfort pair perfectly with soups, salads, or nothing at all.
Available in rotating seasonal flavors, they’re proof that simple can still be show-stopping. Comes four squares to a box. Full loaves available upon request.
