We offer six staple varieties: Everything, Poppy Seed, Plain, Garlic & Onion, Toasted Sesame and Salt Flakes.  Our minis are about half the size of a standard bagel making them perfect for trying more than one flavor, grab-n-go, office meetings, events & brunches, lunch boxes or anytime a full sized bagel is just way too much!

We use only 6 HIGH QUALITY ALL-NATURAL PREMIUM INGREDIENTS: unbleached & non-bromated bread flour, filtered water, yeast, salt, organic malt powder & organic malt syrup.  No preservatives, no oils, non-dairy, never machine-pressed, no pre-bought or mass produced dough. They’re even vegan friendly. We start the process by hand-rolling every single bagel & cold-fermenting our dough for 24 hours.  Then we water-boil & steam baked them on canvas lined boards, the way it’s been done for over 100 years.
